Ihre Aufgaben

  • Monitoring Purchase Orders, Invoices, that are issued, being responsible for smooth processing and contact internal stakeholders/suppliers in case of need
  • Close collaboration and communication with Shared Service Centers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers on operational Procurement topics
  • Following up with stakeholders / suppliers when modifying orders, ensuring purchase order and invoice compliance, or performing updates/maintenance in the system
  • Collecting information and other ad-hoc reporting tasks as necessary
  • Proactively notify Requisitioners of order changes/delay or failures
  • Maintenance in the purchasing system, ensure high quality of Data Monitor shared mailboxes, respond to requests, provide guidance and perform activities accordingly
  • Interacting and supporting with the Account payable Department (e.g. invoice discrepancy workflows)
  • Accounts Payable support with respect to the booking of the PO based invoices

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelors degree in IT, business administration or Supply Chain
  • Good understanding and experience in regards to Procurement and/or Finance processes in general and SAP processes specific
  • Experience working in procurement-related Systems (SAP MM, GEP SMART, SAP Ariba, etc.), experience in working with OpenText VIM for SAP recommended as well as with the Google Workspace is recommended
  • Good stakeholder management skills and experience of working with global cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in German and good proficiency in English
  • Personal initiative and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations and a high level of professional consulting skills
